problem with parts RRP

ok,i'me friend of gilou and he has asked me to correct his post,

he has a probleme with his full rrp maxx tranny,as you can see in the pics,one gear is broken : the gear of the second gspeed,in the second pic,you can see the pieces of the broken gear.
in the 2 last pices,you can see the 2nde speed input gear who is abnormally worn.

he has tried to contact rrp but they don't answer to his mails,he has contacted teknorc(the shop where he has bought them) and they don't answer too:035:
he is running on a supermaxx and his motor is an lrp z28r spec 3:o
he want to know if someone have already seen something like this,but we though that's a manufacture defect:002:
