make sure you use something like weatherstripping on the battery tray slots, as there are some sharp edges in there that will really chew your batteries up.

yeah, I couldn't find a hole to use the antenna holder so I just drilled out the front center hole a little and fit the tube there and perfect! Works for me.
I was also thinking about the battery trays, they do seem a little sharp on some edges. I was going to use a double layer of toolbox liner to cushion the tray and give it a little grip too. This stuff:
