All is done, and the kits are on there way to rc-monster.

We did add a few things to the conversion.

We now include the center skid, included some spacers to space out one tvp to allow additional room for large batteries.
And we stretched it an additional 7.5mm giving it a total extension over stock of 50mm.

Yeah...I think Jamie spoke to soon when he suggested a price earlier on in this thread. The kit now inludes a custom skid, got extended slightly from the original prototype, as well as several other additions. Jamie and I agreed to work on making a complete, balanced , no-compromise kit and adjust the price accordingly when we achieved this objective. There really is quite a bit of stuff for the price. Extended Tvps, motor mount, servo mounts, drive shafts, esc mount, battery mount accomodations, etc. - it is actually quite a bargain all things considered. Cheap? Not exactly, but certainly a high value for your conversion dollar. :)

The revo motor mount alone is $60. This kit includes a slightly modified version of that mount in it. A set of extended TVPs is $60, so just those 2 items alone are worth $120. The remaining $65 is a total deal for everthing else included in this kit.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

Just started my build and wanted to let people know that a Neu 1521 will fit. Just add a frame spacer under the 4 motor mount bolts and it will lift the motor high enough to clear the rear part of the frame. And of course some Dremel work on the front mount for the 4mm screws the Neu uses.

So it looks like you have to get a smooth can?

And also, hurry up and finish it!
