It's not bad to discuss this schulze warrantee here. They simple sucked at it. No way around it. Since they are in Germany that was a reason for me to buy it; it's relative close. Back then it was wrong choice for sure. They treated me bad and pretty much called me a liar.
To be honest, i can't believe their service still is that bad, like it was 3 or 4 years ago, perhaps you have got better experiences with warrantee claims over the time? |
