That is going to be a lot of rpm for that little motor on 8s or even 7s.
It is rated at 60,000 RPM and even on 8s it is only running around 57,000 RPM so it still will be under the specs.

Neu is the first i have seen to rate up to 60,000 RPM though all others i have seen only go to 40,000 RPM

I ran my 1521/1Y with 10S lipos. It was a fantastic 9 or so minutes. The motor makes a ton of power and you will need to beef up your drive train.
