For the money, the Medusa is the better choice imo.

I have a TeknoRC Neu 1515 1Y running on 5S on my ST-RR and a Medusa 36-70-2000Kv running on 5S on my convertd revo. The performance difference between is pretty much negligible. I don't have an Eagle tree to back up my experience but it is how I felt when running both trucks in the soccer field on the same afternoon (swapping trucks with my 8-year old son). Temps were very nice. It was actually running cooler than the Tekno Neu due to the bigger holes in front of the Medusa motor. Highest temp was 120F on the Medusa while the Nue was 132F.

Castle Neu 1520 on 6S LiPo Powered Gmaxx (Nitro Killer)
Predator with OS .21TM
Supermaxx with Mach .26
Revo with OS .18TZ
Kyosho ST-RR Conversion
Ofna CR with Tekin ESC/Motor (2)
