The difference is that the 2200kv is comparable to a 1515 1Y neu and the 2650kv to a 1512 1y. The 1515 is a longer motor than the 1512, 2200kv is longer than the 2650kv. The 2200kv is more suitable to a Monster truck or Truggy and can be run on 4-6s Lipo. The 2650kv is better suited to a buggy on 4s. If your plan is to put this in a Revo, it is the revo section of the forum, go with the 2200kv. 4s Lipo is more than adequate unless your going for crazy speeds.
