I'm always wondering how long my AM antennas should be. I own several Traxxas receivers, and each of them has a different length of antenna . I'm really getting frustrated with the range of my AM radios. Would putting a longer antenna on it give me better range? Would a longer antenna tube help?

Thanx,
Brijar!!!

Do a search. Do a search in this subforum. In the search box type, "antenna length". Then you will see how many times this has been asked and you will even find links (if you read the threads that pop up) to an antenna length calculator that will answer all your questions.

Also, you might learn that its easier to do a search and find the answer yourself than post a question and wait for a response.

Sorry for the anal-retentive response, I haven't had my wheaties yet. But it's all true.
