You could get something called the LiSaver, it's an external LVC that you run between your esc and receiver, which IIRC, plugs into the balance connector on the pack.

I rarely run a whole pack through my revo, just cuz I get bored sometimes, but mainly I want my packs to last... even going from 100% DOD to 80% DOD will GREATLY increase pack life, it can even double the useful life from them. If you only used 10% of your pack, you could get 1000's of cycles from them... but of course that would be nonsense.
Ok, I also ordered a Eagletree 150A Logger. So I can see the Voltage Drop etc. But I'll try it with 3.0V LVC.
