You can pick up a dremel knock off super cheap at Harbor Freight and Tool.

I have that 23.99 red one, I keep out in the shed. It's my
workhorse/sacrificial dremel and have had it 4-5 yrs and it has ben used a LOT, still works great and lots a power.

if you can go to costco they have a decent dremel type (not dremel brand) kit for about 20 bucks w many bits and cut discs, ive used the crap out of mine and it is still kicking. i fried my dad's dremel brand cutter years ago lol
