Shouldn't be a problem. My iPhone came with a cable that plugs into the bottom of the phone and a USB plug on the other end. Live streaming Internet radio through my car stereo is so nice.

Yes but that cable uses a type-A USB connector while the Castle Link uses a mini-b connector.

Castle Creations can make a iphone/itouch cable that plugs into the bottom of the iphone/itouch. When you buy the cable it could give you a code to download the software from the apple store. I would buy it for sure!!!!
