Is the chassis plate from the original nitro CRT.5?

It looks like a stretched CRT.5 chassis. Has the mounting holes in the chassis for the nitro parts (not used).

Finished the body, just a super fast rattle can job, I normally use faskolor but that paint takes weeks to cure and I wanted the body dry so I could get it out on the track tomorrow. I installed the battery tray, motor, esc and tested it on the work bench. One thing I did notice was the stock tires are pretty hard (compound) and much smaller than what others are running. See the picture where I compare the stockers to some Pro-line bow ties for an Associated SC10.

Stock tires and pro-line bow ties (Associated sc10) the Bow tires look wider than normal because there not mounted, but you can see how much taller (larger diameter) they are.
