holes in the tires and dont SUBMERGE them in water, just get your brush wet (stiff bristled car tire brush works great) dab a little soap on the tire and scrub them with the brush, itll make alot of foam and after you scrub them really well rinse them breifly under running water. dry them with a towel, and then coat them in simple green scrub the wheel face and then just dry the rest off. Theyll look brand new.
