You have a thermal protection on the Mamba Monster, in case of the fan would be locked by dirt or something else, so if you did not reach the thermal limit. All should be fine in your black box

200° F is definitely too hot to be running at, but it shouldn't have damaged anything. Our general rule of thumb is to keep it below 170° F; but anything below 200° F is not going to damage anything. When you start running above ~215° F is when we start to worry, so unless you saw the magic smoke or there's an abnormal smell coming from the controller, you should be just fine.
