Seems like your trying to fill a specific niche that nothing really covers yet.. Just a suggestion

Get a buggy, put a truggy chassis plate under it (longer wheelbase) and modify SC body mounts to fit. should be beefier and handle the power better

Not really what I am interested in; I want to keep it roughly 10th scale and lightweight that uses a 3S battery... easier to charge one or two of those and go bash on the quick. I have several Savage variants and an RC8Te. Don't want to use necessarily a SC body.
