Kyosho DRX brushless conversion

Right, so I got the ESC and took it out for a run. I am using a 3S 2200 battery for now because I didn't know if I wanted to go with 3s or 4s. Now I know. I'll go with 3s. It's has so much power! I had to use stronger CA on the wheels - the flexible one I used just wasn't strong enough.

Here is a sample, really bad filming and driving - I had to do both at the same time. I am not even close to full throttle here.

Overall, I am very happy with the motor. It always has more power even at the higher end. I can do power slides on tarmac just by pushing the throttle just a bit and of it goes. Just like the real thing. Full throttle is just plain mad, it is very hard to stop it after that :).
