When I was picking motors for my MT, I was recommended either a 380c 8t, 380c 6L, or 540 8s. I went with the 6L but haven't finished building it yet. This was for 8 cells however. I'm sure the 7t would work well on 6-7.

*edit* You may want the torque of the L series for 4WD though.
