I would drop the integy shocks as well.

You will keep bending shafts.. They are not funny at all.

If you want to go 12-14 cells (which i presume, considering the choice of novak) you are better of getting a mamba-maxx controller (which can be used on 14 cells without a problem) this is a nice controller, with a USB programming option, and by far the best company behind it in terms of service.

Use a wanderer XL motor, and you have got a 210 dollar setup which is as smooth as the novak, but stronger. The cogging of a sensored setup is hardly noticable.

You made a good choice on the turnbuckles. Those are beefy!

Too bad the proline powerstrokes are obselete..
