hey griffin............this is my first post here as i just registerd today. I was wondering on your custom mounts you have , if you have any left for sale , and if you might be possibly making any more?

I actually have a mount that looks EXACTLY like yours , and i could have bought this from you around a year ago off ebay , if that was you selling them?

I never did finish (or even start) the project on my MBX yet. but looking at the photo's you have of your buggy has totally got me going again on wanting to do the conversion.

I am going to convert an MBX-4 XR works buggy , instead of the MBX 5. The center diff mounts are exactly the same as far as bolt holes on the chassis. I had also been thinking of maybe coverting one of my Kyosho kanai's over to an electric also , and was wondering if there was anyway possible of getting a hold of a couple of your mounts , without the two bottom and two top mounting holes drilled in , so i could do them myself and make a mount for the Kyosho as well? Crap , as far as that goes , that mount i beleive would work on any 1/8th scale buggy if the holes we're left un-drilled and left to be done by the owner...............wouldn't it?.

anyways...........glad to be a memeber here , and your MBX looks friggin awesome!!

Hi Jeff,
Welcome to RC-Monster!

As for adapter if it was from ValleyLee - then yes.
I am working on new batch, and will post update later this week.

Looks like Feigao 9L and yes it is a very interesting way of mounting the batts. I don't like it so much for myself but it's cool when people go outside the box.

So many toys and so little time

hey griffin........just had a quick question for you. Have you had any thoughts on possibly making one of these braces that would fit a larger type motor like a Lehner 1940? Or possibly making any that might fit a Kyosho mp 7.5 / 777 ? I would be willing to buy a couple from you for sure , as i'm trying to get a Mugen MBX and a kyosho going at the same time , and i really dig your braces. Thanks man!
