You mean the patent was officially applied for and filed with the patent office and is now "pending." It will probably lake at least a year or more before any patents are issued. It usually takes at least that long if not longer for the US patent office to get it processed, and thats if its approved in its first subimsion with no revisions.
Hell, I just had one issue a few months ago for a company that I havent even worked at for over 4 years. lol
No matter though. Thats what he needed to get this thing moving. I got the same info from him on timing. should be any week now. Looking forward to getting one of these.
I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

Actually Mike I think it might be a good idea for you to have a special thread/sticky that we can check out any time showing what your latest updates are within the RCM business. Like the slipperential, the Maxx center diff mount, and whatever other new stuff you may be working on. This way it will be easy for you to update weekly or monthly without having to jump around from one thread to another, and it gives us one place to look for your latest product status. A periodic update even if there is not much to report would be an easy way to calm your fans down. Have a good day Mike.

Click on the RC-Monster store, the home page has featured items. I would have to take a guess that as soon as the slipperential and any new parts become available they would be listed right there as a featured item!
RC-Monster RC8T 1515 2.5D/MMM/5s RC-M 4500mah
SC10 MMPro 13.5T 2s NeuEnery 5000mah
RC18T Mamba 25/5400kv 2s lipo + 6s NiMh

Yes but that does not answer the question of how progress is going on items not yet released, does it?

Good idea, Jerry. I will have to consider creating a "what's new from the monster's Lair" sticky thread.
As far as the slipperential - it should be available in about a week. :)

Anything to help boost the RCM site. So the big question is have you come up with an out the door price yet? How much will this set us back? I know I am ready to make a purchase.

Price should be $129.99 complete. I should have plenty available when they show up on the site (300 or so). The unit is meant to drop into a typical buggy/truggy, but I will make mounts, etc. to allow installation into other vehicles once I get it off the ground and the dust settles. :)
The design and concept is officially Patent Pending, so just waiting for a few small items now. :)
