They must have decided that was the wrong price.

I could have sworn I seen it for $59, but now the price is $95 bucks.

They must have forgotten to add Obama's cut!

The weight is interesting, but I am afraid that the bearing aren't as big as the bearing on the NEU/Castle motors ... Keep us posted !

my experience with my Leopard:
so my mr3680 died, and I got the 4074-2000.

the rotor has kind of an plastik coating, or glue, supposed to protect the kevlar/carbon-fibre

Measurements of the rotor is 49mm, the magnets about 41mm, and has little axial clearance, don't know if I keep it like that or not.

on the back, there's a little space, but I think that's ok:

overall quality looks good so far. didn't get hot on 5s, great.

good power, but different to the losi xcelorin 1700kv and the mr 3680-1600. Those have more torque at low revs.

good buy so far!

I'm afraid to try a leopard because it may not play well with my Rhino and Buffalo.

why?? these motors aren't bad at all, and for sure have less amp draw then kd's and other turning toasters of death. the efficiency seems good.

I am running the 4074 with 2000kv on 5s in my truggy for some months now. Very good motor, never gets too hot. I have mounted a fan on the motor to be on the safe side, but it's not really necessary.
Compared to the previous motors (losi xcelorin 1700kv, MR 3680 1600), the performance is a bit different, less torque at lover rpm, which I had to get used to (which is normal due to the 2000kv). Never owned a motor with such high kv rating, but I have to say it's a perfect match for the truggy, I was quite surprised. There is plenty of power, but it's not insanely overpowered.

I have been running a 4074 2000kv in my Sc8E on 5s.And it has plenty of power to burn.
Soon I will have a 4065 2700 kv and a 3674 3300 kv and these I will run in my 4x4 Slash with a MMP from 2s to 4s.
