Where to buy a Medusa ROTOR?

My both Medusa 28-56 motors failed because the endcaps pop off thus the carbon fiber wrapping was partially gone. I drilled three holes/added 3 screws to hold the endcap in place, it worked for some seconds and then the rotor splits into pieces.... looks like the wrapping IS necessary.

So my question is where can I find Medusa replacement rotors? Will Neu sell MR series motor parts?
