Is this the first installation of any CastleLink software, or is this just an upgrade to a previous version?
There have been a few issues with the 2.23 software. Something about the version of .NET you have installed. You could uninstall 2.23 and use a previous version, or mess around until it works. If this is the first time you have installed CastleLink, what O/S are you running? If Windows XP, do you have SP2 installed? If so, you have to install USB2 drivers. Just trying to come up with the simple answers... |
