man thinking about track makes me feel so old. I did that in as a freshman and sophomore in high school. That was in 93-94. We didn't have a cross country team so I only did 5k a couple of times in practice. I think I was right at 21minute mark. I know I did the mile in 5:05-5:10. Usually ran 400 and 800. Wasn't terrible fast but not bad 57sec (400) and 2:10.
