Thought I would share the reply from all-battery.com when my warranty repair request was denied. I was 12 days over according to my calculation of the 6 mo warranty on their packs.
I liked the "sorry" hahaha. Looks like Ill be forced to buy a nice lipo now  ---------------------- Dear customer: The order was placed on 3/13/2007. It is out of warranty, so we cannot set up the replacement for you. Sorry. Regards, Customer Service All-Battery.com |
