I agree with Clodmaxx. A machine shop is the way to go. But you have 2 routes to take with a machine shop. If you don't have any local that you can find try asking auto repair shops if they do machining. Aslo call your local colleges and universities. They usualy have some sort of a machining program. The 2 options you have is:

1. Like Clodmaxx said have them drill your hole bigger or have them make your sleeve to shrink the hole. Mike great at all projects but it might take him some time. He is busy.

2. If you find a machine shop ask if they have bearings. I use to work for a guy that carried any size bearing you needed. He retired so I can't ask him now. Sorry.

Have you tried the auto part stores in your area? They usualy have a good assortment of bearings too. Good Luck!
