well i have seen some people use threadlock on the grub screw on pinions.

about the hole threads i would make sure that your machine screws fit snugly into the lehners thread.
I know some m3 machine screws are not a close fit.
Also how deep are your machine screws going into the motor when you mount?

Im going to test using threadlock but I fear I might have a problem when I want to change pinion?

I have measured my screws and cut them so that they should be as long as possible so I dont think thats an issue. I will check the fit on my m3 screws more closely!
