Everybody has an opinion...

I have two FLM EMaxxs...FlexTek on one truck and FLM aluminum on the other. I like the FLM aluminum better...they have less play and are "smoother." Even with considerable work, the FlexTec just feel loose and sloppy...but they look cool and are tough as nails.

I live in WV and there is a lot of shale and rock in the earth here...to include the parks, fields, etc. I was driving my Maxx full speed (approx 45mph) and hit a piece of a boulder protruding from the earth. White sparks everywhere. When I drove it back to where I was standing, I was expecting to see some serious damage...I was pleasantly surprised with just some minor scuffs that polished away very easily. The FlexTec also provide a little wider base for the vehicle.
