For the tires, I just ordered the HB rims and put on the Snake Eyes. I looked at some Losi rims and they fit, but don't have as much clearance as the HB's so I didn't risk it. As for Springs, I ended up using some threaded shocks and springs from a Duratrax buggy - just the rear ones. I think you can use the Losi ones too. Here's some pics of mine when I had it:
