sorry i had to wait so late to get pics up. seemed like everyone in my family needed something today which took all my time. any way, heres where i stand now. mamba did come in today so i found its new home. it'll rest on the plate above the steering servo. you can see in this pic my layout. i'll also use a pair of 4s1p for juice. one on each side of the car.

here is a pic of my throw together motor mount. it seems plenty strong so it might just hold up. also you'll notice due to my lack of hardware and taps, i used the nitro motor mounts to hold my new mount inplace.

i'm really happy i came across this idea. i noticed with most setups everyone cut the servo mount plate, but i'll be using mine. i was able to use the on/off switch hole for the mamba's power switch, it gives me a spot to mount my rx, and the best part is i took the gas tank mount and used it as a support on the end. i simply flipped it over and there was a perfect hole there for my antenna mount.

this is all just rough fitted for now. i have some clean up work left while i'm waiting on my batteries and bec. i still have to remove my breaks also. but this is where i'm at for now.
