A FAN??? Just a thought. When all else fails blow forced air on the electronics gear. Trying a different motor may be the only real fix though. If your configuration is setup correct then maybe there is a kink in the armor so to speak. You may have a weak link in your setup??

i am running 2 fans behind the esc heatsink and 1 on top of the of the esc
