Those midnight callers....

So I've had some guy that's been calling me in the middle of the night for the past 3 days and it's starting to get really annoying (even if it doesn't wake me up). So my plain is the make a website where people can post phone numbers and people can get phone numbers to prank call.

Of course I'll put a little disclaimer (who reads those?) that says you have to post your own number or get the permission of someone else to post their number....

BTW does anyone know how much autodialler cost or how to make one?

So I'm off to making a simple website.
