I just got a CRT .5 and so far am loving it. It drives soooo nice, and really makes my Rustler seem bunky. The revo doesn't even drive nearly as nice. Very clean and simple layout too. Easy conversion. I think all the diffs are 1/8 sized (at least close to it) and should handle quite a bit of power. I drove a MT2 a few times (nitro) and didn't like it much. CRT all the way.

The only downside to the crt.5 is its significantly smaller than a rustler and being smaller makes it a little less capable of an off road machine. I'm not talking about the track. Thats what its designed for, but for any other kind of off roading its on the small side IMO. Street and parking lot running it kicks butt also.

Not taking anything away from the .5, just throwing it out there. You didnt say what you are planning to use it for. I am only assuming bashing since its going to be a rustler upgrade.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...
