When I got it it looked like this:
I got new wheels and both grip and drift tires. ont pictured is the light kit from 3racing. I'm installing it now.
face lift:
I have a mm5700 in it.

i have a gp3300 6 cell, energ 4600 7 cell, maxamps 2s 4000 mah lipo, and a maxamps 3s 5000 mah lipo.

With grip tires it is ridiculously fast. I have not gps'ed it, but it is faster than the rustler was on 3s (67.2 gps'ed) and gets there much quicker too.
I have an rx7 body I put on it for speed runs with no extra weight in it.

im getting a 4 tec with a 5700 in it, got it for 100 shipped. this is faster than the rustler? damn, so theres no point in runnning 4s then huh?

I'm actually thinking about it. getting an 8l or 9l and running 4s

Not the 5700, it is limited at 3s. The 4600 might be able to take 4s for a few passes, but that really has the rpm's up there.

thunder power are pretty good lipos. If you can get them cheap, go for it.

the only thing is its 15c, so thats only 64 amp cont, i dont know how well that will do in the 5700?
