Help!! 9xl makes a loud noise??

so it was seperated, every thing looks good though



i did a search and it looks like i will try the metal/concrete epoxy loctite to reglue it to the shaft, but i still have a ?????

Q...do i try to line up the black line on both of the magnets?... it seems as if they are opposite poles so i think not, and also does the end cap need to line up with the other end cap, they have stuff in them for balancing the rotor
