Anything is possible, but I don't think you will do this with only $3K. It sounds like you are going to have to go big and $3K may get you started with batts, and a good motor, but that kind of power is going to kill your truck and show you weak points in your rig that have never seen BL power. Batteries alone will probably run you in the $1K to $2K range for that level of voltage and mah with enough amperage to do the 6000 or 8000 watts
