I had an issue where the three screws (the ones that hold the front of the mount to the lower part) bent. This made the front of the mount loose and I could wiggle it thereby stripping spurs. Since then, I put in three new screws and JBWelded the inner corner to provide a bit more support. Haven't had a problem since.
