3s+9L in a lightweight 1/8th buggy ????

If my setup wont run the buggy good enough, i have got to get some 1/8 scale aluminum shocks on my truck and get the suspension better setup. I also need to find some half inch offset buggy wheels so i can use my 17mm hubs and buggy tires and then they will let my race in the buggy class instead of the electric/sportsman class that i had to race in over the weeknd (which was very unfair to everyone in that class) casue my fastest lap was 10 seconds faster than theirs.
