so what type of grease in between motor and clamp?

so what type of grease in between motor and clamp? - 05.08.2008, 01:20 AM

getting my 8xl tommorow for my buggy, and i heard it does more harm then good, if no grease is used inbetween the motor and clamp?

Don't use grease between the motor and the clamp.

really? ok must have been nonsense i heard. i thought i read that it can create a pocket for the heat to build in

thermal paste perhaps? thats what ill be doing, but dont get the adhesive version!!!

lmao yea that wouldnt be to bright, well then you wont have to worry about the motor falling off the clamp lol!
