I got me the kit so I wasn't paying for a nitro engine etc. I recommend the rcm chassis conversion. itll make it look really nice with 1/10 wheels, and help a lot with the layout, not to mention using a 1/10 servo too.

I run sidewinder with a 9L in mine on 3s 4000mah lipo, geared 14/46 and i think its perfect. its faster than I need it, and I can't even get the electronics warm no matter how hard I drive it. I originally had it geared 18/46 and the speeds were absolutely insane, but my batteries and esc would get hot quickly. Its certainly a fun truck :)
