good starter nitro - 09.15.2005, 03:37 PM

is the revo a good starter nitro. I really want to get back into nitro and stuff. it is a long story so i am not going to type it out. i want an rc that is decent to tune and pretty easy to run and stuff. i am thinking of asking for a nitro for my birthday. just wondering what is a good beginer nitro. the nitro will be for more just driving and doing smaller jumps. my savage (electric) will be for jumps

I think the revo is a great starter vechile. Out of the box its very competitive and really needs nothing. The motor is very strong & fast & very very easy to tune. The factory settings on the motor are very close to perfect. The truck is also very tough, i just got one and i'm glad i did.
