for #2. did you take the hex hub off the stub axle and check out the pin ? Kinda random, but using stock hex hubs and flipping down the street I used to bend 'em so bad I couldnt get 'em out without channel locks. That bit of bend caused a tad of wobble that would exponentially increase as I pulled the throttle. (obviously), goto 17mm !
