Most of the higher $ codes you guys have won't work for anyone else. They only work if they were e-mailed to the address you have linked to your Tower account.

So no news about pricing for the CC Neu? I'd expected the price to be about $150 or so, but now I'm not so sure with the combo being $350. The price for the ESC and motor is always cheaper when you buy in the combo, so I'm thinking the CC Neu may be closer to $200 or even more...
Any ideas as to a release? I'm wondering if the late Aug release posted on Tower is due to delays with the next batch of ESCs or the motors themselves.

Will both combos be available at the same time? (Both the 1515 and and the 1512) or will one of them being released before the other? And will the motors be sold seperatly from the start?

well i`m thinking bigger is better and i dont want to stress a smaller motor, specially with our weather , our winter is around 59F and in summer it can hit 130F. so i think i`m going to get 1515 2d to run on 5S . well will c what happens :D

I don't think these motors are going to be close to a real Neu. Probably much more then your normal Fiegao due to the four poles, but it can't even touch a real Neu. The windings will probably be of less quality and machine wound instead of genuine hand-wound Neu windings. I'm sure other things like the bearings, and rotor bounding material will be cheaper too.
No one will know until they are out though...

No, castle have confirmed on several different occasions the only differences are they are made in china, a different colour, have enclosed endbells, larger bearings, but no carbon bound rotor.
They are still handwound and are exactly the same in all other regards.

The larger bearings might not be the same quality as the bearings used by Neu. I was part of the hype at the beginning, and I learned the windings will be machine wound, not hand wound. I could have even been in an email from Joe Ford, not on a forum.
Neu's have a 60,000 rpm limit. Does anyone know how many the CC/Neu's will be?
