I have a bad hv esc that needs replacing. Is there any way to send it in without your return form? I have no way of printing anything right now.

Here is the page that includes the link to a PDF version of our NW replacement service form:
Speed Control Options Just follow the format from the NW form in a letter including all of the required details---especially contact info and CC info. Should not be a problem. Quote:
