I've been purchasing packs on Ebay from "hopmeup". Good buy it now price (50 bucks a pack for 6.6/4600). I've had 3 of the six have issues with a cell not charging - possibly due to the pack itself, my running it down too far, or my not balance charging them from the start.

ive got 2 of these packs and ive found the same thing... weird and sad at the same time. charges up to 3.37 and wont go any higher... but still has great performance :D
