I was also interested in the one that you just linked, but I think I'll have to get the rcm carbon chassis first for it to fit.
Just if you don't know, under the ESC the rustler has a little bit of space. If you take that plastic thingy from the chassis the LiPo must fit in. ( Maybe I'm gonna do that )

True, but they are still a little too wide, unless you really dremeled your battery tray.

I have a VXL rustler and I had a similar problem when I tried a True RC 4s 5000 pack, I tried dremeling the hell out of the battery compartment and after getting tired of the burning plastic smell, I deceided to install the pack on its side. I drilled holes in the bottom of the battery compartment and used zip ties to secure the pack...I have had no issues with the pack moving and I charge the pack while in the rustler.
I may have one of these and an LBA10 that I will be putting up for sale. I think i have the network cable setup for it too. I put in an order from Vision Hobby for these, then figured out I didnt need them. Cancelled the order/all was fine. Then two months later they show up, and they billed my CC. I was going to send it all back, but my B'in law will need some of it to set up his 989 for his new zippy's.
