I guess the theory is that the torque is distributed over the surface area (faces of the spider gears) of 8 gears instead of 6 or 4, making it stronger and less likely to shear or break a pin.
George16... my only question: Will I have to put different pinions in (3905 E-maxx or Jammin buggy)? I know you have done a lot with gears... |
