Refund and return question for Mike - 09.03.2008, 05:33 PM

I have send Mike mails for the excess shipment charge refund and new product return several days ago, but still have no reply.
Wondering what is going on so I decide to post a new thread to get any reply hopefully.
I have already received all my pre-ordered goods and want to know when I will get the refund which Mike don't know what the excess charges will be until shipment.
Furthermore, is possible to return the product which has never been used? I want to return my controller.

Ive delt with mike for 3 years now and he is the best there is for customer care returns / low shipping prices / the guy treats me like family so now 98% of my shopping is done through him...O yea and you can't get better advise from anyone.
