They better be working, cost sh** load of money

I will start the build, but have to go now buy some more things... new solder gun, multi meter, digital caliper ruler, glue gun etc..

Just noticed that the motor is 9xl, even I told Mike I wanted 10xl. But it isnt so big deal, there was so much stuff that mistakes happens. Im happy now .

And big thanks to Mike, he is great guy to deal with!

Okay.. I started the build yesterday from the diffs and now got some problems. I got the diffs ready, used the stock revo diffs inner gears (with sealings) for the fastlanes inner cups and fastlanes plategear.
But the problem is now when I attach the diff into the integys outer diffcase with the fastlanes pinion gear the diff won't spin freely. Am I doing something wrong here?

Edit:

Found that the plategear has scratched the outer diff case

Is this somekind of feature what will go off when the diff is break in?

Edit:
I noticed that too if I place the stock revos diff pinion, it won't jam so much.

Should I just put the diffs together and just drive 'em? Pls I need info really bad

Im tempted to say that the integy cases are to blame, but it looks like the metal FLM cup is a bit too long/deep, and has shifted the posistion of ring gear , so that it rubs the inside of the diff case. I take it those are the FLM cups for the 3905 spec diff internals?

Yes they are for 3905, the integys cases were the problem, thanks to Arct1k he told me to grind the anodize off the outer case. Just assembled the diffs and gave few spin with the drill and cleaned the crap out.
Now they work like a champ

Great - did you put a little grease on the ring gear?

Yes I did, both times. When I grinded and after the grinding.

Now when Im thinking more, It can be the ring gear too. It is a bit thicker than the revos stock one, but we are talking about 0,5mm-1mm. Even when I spinned the diff by hand in the outer case it got better and better..
