me too ive got this e-mail and i send a reply and ive got this

We have actually replaced it with a new one. Please let me know if you need anything else.

and i send another e-mail to cc just to ask if they ship me a v2 or v3??? im still waiting.....for the answer but i think it is the v3....castle hold my 4 v2 failed unit (close 2 month)and they never ship me some replacement unit...(until the issue was fixed)i think


i just hope that is the v3
